UK Mainland Courier Costs All UK Mainland Postcodes, Order placed up to the value of £175.00 cost £14.95 to deliver.

Orders placed above £175.00 are delivered free of charge.

Small Items Sent Via Royal Mail

Small items example Brackets, Rings up to 500g in weight and no larger than an A4 envelope, or £30.00 maximum value, (NOT CURTAIN POLES OR NET RODS) cost £4.95 can be sent via Royal mail.
Our preferred method is courier whenever possible as orders are easier to track using courier method.
if you prefer to choose royal mail postage and packaging and the items is larger than above we will refuse to process the order and an email will be sent to you asking if you still require the goods at an extra £11.00 courier cost.

We have the right to request extra shipping fees or cancel the order if a customer is found to tick the incorrect location. We will notify you if this happens.

Local Customers and Collections

Customers local to our premises in Tyne & Wear can collect goods direct from us & save on delivery costs by ticking the local pick up option.

We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery, however delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and therefore we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

We have the right to request extra payment or cancel order if the shipping address is not ticked correctly.

Any orders that have been ticked as UK mainland and the delivery address is one of the above we will contact you to request extra payment before order is processed.
