Just Poles were great, the parts arrived very quickly. However, Swish has made life much more difficult. They used to have a plastic overlap arm, which screwed onto the back of the runner that pulls the curtain. When the arm broke, you could just take the rail down and screw the new arm onto the runner. They now have metal overlap arms, so the bit that breaks is inevitably the runner. This means the rail has to be completely dismantled to replace the runner. This is quite complicated, especially on a long rail, and the chances of getting the cords tangled are very high! Much sweating and swearing ensues!
