Just Poles is primarily an Internet site and we prefer to correspond to our customers using email as this is easier to maintain continuity with our ordering sytem. This make it easier for us to track queries, orders and keeps a record of all conversations for future reference. If for some reason you think that we are not returning your emails can you please check that our emails have not been caught up in your email spam folders. It is also a good idea that you check the email and telephone contact number that has been left on the system as we have had many that are incorrect making it impossible for us to contact you if we need to. You can also check your order progress by logging into your account and If we have any delays this will show in the comments box provided. You can contact us by email and we will try our best to reply within 1 hour, Our emial system is manned from 10am to 5pm, monday to friday. Any queries relating to orders, back orders and stock check will be dealt with between these hours.
